there will still be a deposit prior to walkthrough. the price after will be adjusted for model + portfolio pricing, and will be discounted anywhere from 50-75%.

1. WALKTHROUGH, we will schedule a time for us to walkthrough the house together. We will discuss goals and priorities. 2. PROPOSAL. You will receive a proposal about budget + plans. Since this is a new process and service, I am offering a discounted rate as I work through the details. Note that I have performed all of these services on a larger scale, but smaller homes offer unique situations based on each home and families wants and needs and what can reasonably be done with limited space.
